Stories to Change the World, 21 June 2016

From the International Storytelling Network (RIC), we bring you this invitation to join us in the 6th celebration Stories to Change the World, 21 June 2016. With this proposal we invite and call on storytellers, spontaneous tellers, librarians, teachers, parents, grandparents, young people, and all those with an interest in doing so, to tell stories that day in different public places and private venues: schools, libraries, schools, homes family, public squares, parks, cultural centers, theaters.

Last year there were more than 560 storytelling activities in 31 countries on five continents. We hope this year will be even bigger, and we hope stories help us build a better world. With these actions we will multiply the effect of this celebration we look for, telling stories to create a new reality, and begin to feel that we are building a better world through words and stories. Please, spread the news to your networks, friends, students and followers.

How to participate: If you are going to tell stories on June 21, send us an e-mail to red@cuentacuentos.eu telling us what time and place you'll be telling, and we will post the information on the website of "Stories to Change the World" www.storiestochangetheworld.blogspot.com and www.historiasparacambiarelmundo.blogspot.com .
